Below are the instructions for the awards tonight.  Please read through carefully to learn how to join the zoom call (dancers and studio owners) for awards.   

1. Make sure you download the Zoom App on your mobile device or laptop.  https://zoom.us/download
2. When you go into your Zoom Account, please make sure your display name on Zoom is your studio name or  Dancer's Name. 
3. We ask that everyone joins the zoom call about 10 minutes before the awards session starts to be sure you are all set.
4. Make sure your video and audio are turned on.  Our controller will keep you muted on our end. If and when you are selected to be interviewed, you will be unmuted.  
5. Studio owners or Dancers may be interviewed during Storm tracker Awards (our special judges awards), high score awards, perfect storm awards, storm surge awards and title awards.
